Our traditional Palestinian Za’atar (Thyme). Perfect as a dip with Palestinian extra virgin olive oil usually taken as a refreshing breakfast dish. Made from wild Thyme hand-picked from its natural habitat, the nutty sweetness of sesame balances perfectly with the tartness of the sumac. You could also mix it with olive oil either as a dip for flatbread or to rub onto the bread before grilling.
